The Founder

Through history, human beings seem to have found the act of adorning themselves with jewelry a necessity, creating an individual and collective identity. René Moreta, born in Puerto Rico, presents his vision of jewelry through the exploration of form, how it can be presented, perceived and integrated with the body.

As a jeweller apprentice and a graduate of Industrial Design and Sculpture from the School of Plastic Arts of Puerto Rico, René Moreta designs are inspired by simplicity, geometry and nature, taking references from history, architecture and artistic movements untied by a continuous investigation of materias and processes, he approaches the creative method in a explorative way that triggers a constant rediscovery.
